Soilspect is the company responsible for collecting and using personal data in connection with our website and services. We are a Dutch company and as such, we comply with the Dutch Data Protection Act (Wet bescherming persoonsgegevens). We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for ensuring that we comply with this law and our obligations under this Policy.

Personal data will be retained for 12 months, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, or to request that your personal data be transferred to another organization. We will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect personal data when it is transferred internationally, in compliance with the Dutch Data Protection Act.
